The Head of the Tax Information Reporting and Withholding Group must have a strong financial services background and significant experience in tax research, planning and compliance for domestic and international taxes, with concentration in the area of US Tax Information Reporting and Withholding. Additionally, must be effective in facilitating clear channels of communication across business and departmental lines to ensure full compliance in connection with the group’s tax compliance and reporting obligations applicable to payments to non-resident and U.S. resident persons arising from both within and outside the United States.

This position will report directly to the Tax Director and manage an internal staff and relationships with third-party service providers. A successful candidate will have a strong US technical tax background, project management skills, the vision to leverage technology and resources, and the ability to build a team across functions.
